Content Moderator and Investigator (Swedish Speaking)

    We are currently hiring for a Content Moderator and Investigator role in the online platform industry. This opportunity is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and offers the possibility of relocation for the selected candidate. As part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of online platforms by moderating and investigating user-generated content.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with established guidelines and policies
    • Investigate and address any violations of content policies, including but not limited to hate speech, harassment, and inappropriate content
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve content moderation processes and tools
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to content moderation activities

    Qualifications:

    • Fluent in Swedish and English
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Familiarity with online platforms and social media
    • Previous experience in content moderation or investigations is a plus
